Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Taking orders and not boxing food up and giving customers they orders! It was 12 people on the inside we are looking at a lot chicken just sitting no one is boxing up the food waited 20 minutes to get food and its cold ???? so now we had to wait for hot chicken. Why take 12 to 15 orders before giving people there food while its hot and not have so many people so close to each other and they are mad and upset? When I finally got my chicken it was Hair in my box of chicken! It went from bad to worse then! Drive-Thru was out on the main road HWY 75. It could be managed better than that!!!

We ordered a 16 piece chicken half hot half mild so cool then we go and count the chicken and we are missing pieces so we went back to tell then they had a attitude and said that they needed the box which I do not understand why because fast food places can not take food back so we get the box of chicken and the bones we left at 9:51 they closed at 10:00 we get there waited in line for 5 minutes we gave the girl the box she closed the window and started cleaning we heard the manager and workers talking about use and being disrespectful so we get to be chicken from the girl and she said nothing so we pulled up and counted 8 fresh pieces and 9 old pieces at the bottom that we had the put fresh chicken on the top and kept the old chicken on the bottom they were disrespectful and rude will not be going back

RUDE AF! You can't understand a word they were saying. And don't wanna ask huh a million times cause they are rude AF already. Food was ok definitely not worth the money spent for 2 people. And it's not Popeyes in general, it THAT Popeyes. All the other Popeyes have been great. Straighten up and do better.
