I’m pregnant and was craving chicken I Went to Popeyes to grab two 6 dollar boxes, right in the middle of eating my food a small black bug started crawling up from the chicken, literally threw up in my plate. I wouldn’t recommend anyone eat here they are not sanitary nor do they check the plates before putting food in there.
No one likes their food sitting around under a heat lamp, if you ask for something hot and fresh they'll tell you we just made it but when you get it you know it's been sitting, I hate guessing if the food is going to be right, I love it when it's right but I hate it when I have to go back and ask them to redo it, I love Louisiana Fried Chicken
They were unable to full fill my order or substitute the miss items. They said I had to get a refund threw app. This is waste of time money, time and gas. Very unhappy with this restaurant they could have easy substitute but decided that they rather waste 30 minutes of my time after the order have ready before informing me about any issues.They'd rather lose a long time customer then make the situation right.
