I have never received my complete order out of the 3 times I've gone. Most recently I was missing a large side, went back to get it and was only given a medium after being told they were "out of large containers" even though I paid for the large. Great chicken, but the staff really gives the impression they don't want to be there, and would rather that you're not there either. I hope they find a way to improve that.
Placed a dine in order on the app. Arrived 20 min early thinking I would have wait and everything was bagged and already sitting there for who knows how long. The food was all cold, dry, and nasty. The biscuits were doughy and undercooked, the Mac and cheese seemed days old, and the chicken was dry and cold. Never coming back to this location.
Worst experience ever!! Sierra ‘ drive thru was very rude and didn’t care about her job. She said she can get a new one. While yelling at me because I repeated my order for her. This Friday night will be the last coming to this place. They just don’t care. Stay away
