i just left 15 mins ago. i ordered the dine for 2 , i corrected the lady twice in drive through after she kept repeatedly saying my order wrong. she said she had it and my whole order is the complete opposite. do better .
Horrible service. I ordered here today at approximately 8:33pm. The woman in front of me and the 5 customers after me got their food before I did. The assistant manager (who finally fixed my order for me after I stood at the counter liking dumbfounded) did not even address it neither did any of the staff. It took 21 minutes for me to get my 3pc with fries and a biscuit and to add to that their menu says the 3pc combo is $11.99 but it rings up at $12.38. I mentioned this to my cashier and she stated they hadn’t had a chance to change it yet. Horrible service standard.
Everytime I go to this popeyes, u have to wait to get chicken, there is always 8 or 9 people there, why does it take so long, and you not waiting on chicken to cook, my time is of value, this fast food. not a cook to order. Never stopping in again, 3rd visit. same thing
