Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Overcooked dry chicken sandwich that was literally missing two whole ingredients. This is the third time in a row they've served me this ultra dry super crusty chicken. Disappointing because I love Popeyes, but not when it's cooked like this.

The customer service was subpar and the food underwhelming. I was ushered to walk through the drive thru due to covid and told to go order at the window. When i got there all the employees just looked at me and kept the window closed. I kept waiting and waving to them, as they seemingly ignored me. They got the manager. They did not have the pieces i wanted, I was agreeable and willing to take thighs. I got home to two of the smallest thighs I have ever seen in a popeyes box. To top it all over there was more grease and skin than meat on these pieces of chicken. The best thing about the whole meal was the biscuit. I've been eating popeyes for a long time, but I will never he eating at this location again.

Wouldn't go again. Workers look like they want to kill themselves and hate having to take your order. Most drink supplies are out of stock. For a fast casual restaurant, they make 0 effort. Food is decent but spend your money elsewhere. Do not know how Popeyes can expand compared to places like Raising Canes which hits it out of the park in every way. Would much prefer Raisin Canes, no contest. Also like others said, it's way too expensive for what you get.
