The Cal City location is good. They have their not-so-great moments but, for the most part, I enjoy the food. The service is pretty good. They are usually very busy but keep the line moving. Delivery is pretty quick as well. My most recent delivery still gets 5 stars, even though one of my sides was wrong, because the chicken was fresh & delicious & they delivered super fast!
Just ordered chicken. It was a 10 piece mixed with spicy and mild. The spicy and mild are usually separated but it wasn't this time. But the worse part was the person taking the order. She was so rude and appeared to lack any customer service training at all. I will not go back to this location.
