Service was friendly, but food was placed in trays normally used for eating in and not the takeout boxes then placed in a bag. Food was cold and nasty. Biscuits were rock hard. Chicken tasted old. And dry as hell. Had to ask for fresh mac and cheese and it was still burned! Definitely calling coorpate for this. Never going here again
I use the drive through frequently, and have been reasonably satisfied. I just ate in for the first time, and ...yuck. Dining room 90°F, tables uncleaned, no supplies of any kind for patrons except what they give you with the food. I had to wait in line another 5 minutes to get napkins to clean off the table.
