Absolutely the worst Completely Messed up my order got all the way home before I realized I was missing an entire meal and 2 sides.. I asked to speak to the manager.. I told him I was missing 1 meal and 2 sides He asked me if I had the receipt? I said no you never gave me one but you were the one that handed me 5 drinks I ordered 5 meals. He reluctantly gave me a meal and 2 side. The manager made it a point to tell me that the person in the back had put all my food in there. Which was a complete lie. The manager is awful thinking you're trying to steal extra food. Lol It was ridiculous he should have been giving me a coupon or something for free food. He didn't think he should do that either!! Just rude as hell. I had to drive back 15 minutes to pick up food I had already paid for that they forgot to put in my bag. This is not how you keep customers coming back not to mention the chicken was horrible Way overcooked and dry. The Biscuits were rock hard.... Never going back you j

I was disappointed because I didn't get the leg thigh 2 piece dinner. It wasn't what I ordered. I got a dried breast and a dried up wing. I feel like the person didn't understand the difference pieces of chicken. The frie were terrible. I am going to try to order the 2 piece chicken, and if it's not right, you will hear from me again. We need a store in Lakeville, Mn.

With several visits in the past 3 months. I usually order family meals for my family. This location does not fill the sides to the top, when asked why, the worker said it's just the most they fill them- My sides were mashed potatoes and gravy and red beans and rice. Also, the spicy chicken taste like the original. Very little spicy. The biscuits are dry with very little butter on the top. I asked for a small cup of water and the worker attempted to charge me the same price as a bottle water, when asked why, he said there both the same price to cover the charge for the cup. I just can't believe I was being charged close to $2.00 for one small tap water when I just ordered a family bundle meal. I hope they can improve their service and quality of food served soon or I will find another place.
