Popeyes on Jones Creek can count their days with me food never fresh. I was told it was 12 mins on mild chicken and I was asked to pull forward and my food will be bought out to me. Twelve mins turned into 20 mins and when I did get my food the chicken was fried to hard it was almost burnt.
If I could leave a half star I would. This is the second time in a couple months that I spend $60 and the order is wrong. I was told it would be a 10 minute wait for mild chicken and I waited 45 minutes. What did I get? Spicy chicken. The workers could not care less! There was no since of customer service! NEVER AGAIN!!! Last time they weren’t even wearing gloves! The dining room was dirty!
