Ive worked in retail for the last 10 years and it never ceases to surprise me how sub par the service is here. I know no one working here gets paid enough, but man do they go the extra mile to make sure you feel like you're inconveniencing them for spending money here. If it's not a long wait, the order is wrong, and sometimes even both. Whenever I place an order on the app I debate going to a further location or roll the dice and hope everything doesn't go bottoms up. Is everyone there just trying to make it through another day? I honestly wish everyone there the best, it can't be easy.

Man I been in this line for 20 minutes waiting on a door dash but I just saw them hanging a bag of food to there friend in drive thru from the back door the person was in a gray Mercedes Benz E class from the car he was driving. I would think that he would’ve been able to pay for his food and not receive a free through the back door of the establishment while others are waiting in line for 20 to 30 minutes. The main managers name is Kevin and the boys name on drive-through is Daniel. They had a nasty attitude as well. And this is very unacceptable and very unprofessional.

I placed my order, and others came in and placed their orders as well. They received their orders and left while I am still waiting. I went back to the counter, and the cashier then remembered my order. They prepared my order quickly. I may go back to patronize them again, but the food was delicious.
