Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The employees are closing an hour earlier than they are supposed to. I’m a local door dash driver and I have been dispatched to this location three times in a row now only to be told that they were closed early. However upon being told this I could see all of the lights were still on and there were several employees there and after looking up their hours on google they were indeed marked as open but they were claiming to be closed. One of the employees actually laughed at me because I pulled up to the drive through window after no response at the intercom. I believe the night shift employees are taking advantage of their employer just so they can hang out and not do their job. I’m also not the only person this has happened too. I’ll be contacting their corporate office as well as going through the secretary of State website to find the owners information to inform he or she of this situation. As door dash drivers we lose money as well as ratings when things like this happen all so thes

Just came there, and ordered the $6 box, the girl who took the order was slow (mentally), and they had a mess at drive thru window. Car in front of me order was messed up, and they had a guy pulled up he was upset and walked to the window and said he was waiting for his food for over 30 minutes. I waited for 20 minutes and I drove off. Was disappointed. A brand new Popeyes in that area with a 2 star ratings. The manager was just standing there confused. I highly recommend going to another location. They also didn’t have the chicken sandwiches. But the lady forgot to turn off her headset and said “Damn, everyone coming here for chicken sandwiches” well common sense would tell u to make more ????????‍♂️. Then as I drove off three police officers pulled up, I guess for the guy who was upset and walked to the window. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!! Horrible establishment and whoever in charge needs to go back to the drawing board. Never again ????????

I rarely leave reviews for anything but this is just ridiculous. Almost 30 minutes to get thru the drive through. Cashier completely forgot to tell me an item was out. When I finally got home I spilled an item because instead of giving me a proper lid for my mashed potatoes I got an upside down drink lid that I didn’t know about. I thought I’d give them a second chance just for the benefit of the doubt. But both times I’ve gone it’s been a bad experience.
