All Ponko have great flavors but each location has its own flare and staff which makes them good or bad. This location was great, service was great with a very attentive manager, Ralph, who checked up on how you were doing. The food spoke for itself and absolute love the Ponko chicken OG and spicy sauces. The fries are crack and can’t stop eating them. Heard they made everything in house so quality was defiant great for this location.
I’ll start off by saying this chicken sandwich is delicious. Unfortunately it being my first time here, very well may be my last. I put an order online and it came out it be $18. $18 for just a chicken sandwich is beyond absurd. When I went to get my food I asked for a side and a drink and they refused to give me it?? Why does it say $9 for just a chicken sandwich, but $12 for the meal which I’ve been overcharged. I’m not sure what went wrong but for this reason I’m not coming back until I get my full order refunded. Thanks for me making pay more for nothing in return!
I’ve eaten here twice and it’s been amazing both times. The chicken is crispy and tender and just really good. Their fries are cooked and seasoned deliciously; even if you’re not big on fries, like me, try them. Rice is good too. The food isn’t greasy and is high-quality fast food. The sauces are all flavorful and even the pickles are notably good. This location has many good seating choices indoor and outdoor. Overall, I thoroughly enjoy Ponko (and it’s a perfect post rock-climbing meal if you’re coming from Stone Summit).
