Food is always fresh and delicious!
Horrible customer service. I was there to celebrate Easter with my family that was already there sitting eating appetizers. When I sat down with my service dog I was asked to leave if I didn’t show them proof that my dog was a service dog. Florida Laws on Service Dog and Emotional Support Animals states that “An establishment can’t require you to provide documentation that your animal is trained.” And it ask about your disability it can only ASK if your animal is a service animal. This was horrible my daughter and I had to miss family Easter lunch with my elderly mother because this restaurant doesn’t know the law, and when I was explaining it the manager told me that I had to leave because the owner doesn’t want animals in his restaurant.
This location is amazing. Go here instead of the bird road one. The food is way better at this location. Service is great too. The masitas de puerco are the best I've had so far. Thier Moro and yuca are well made too. The serving size is big too which is how it should be for the prices. 5 adults 1 child. 1 beer, 4 sodas. $116 without tip
