BEST QUESABIRRIAS EVER!!! The meat is perfectly cooked and melts when you chew. The meat is juicy and not dry at all. The tortillas are hand made and perfect thickness. Nothing worse than a dry quesabirria or thick tortilla. Love that they add a side of cucumber. Makes it that much better. So happy they made a taco truck in Baypoint, now I don't have to drive all the way to San pablo! Also it was only a 5 minute wait on a Sunday night.
