Pollo Tropical

My order wasn't right. I requested a whole family meal and I got 4 chicken breast, 1 leg and nothing else ????this location always have an issued with the orders it's not the first time. The need better management and training!!!

UPDATE 11/9/22: called multiple times no one answers the phone. “Owner” responds to my review with no real solution. What a joke. According to Google, this location closes at 10pm. I went to the Pollo Tropical website and placed an order at 8:45pm, order was supposed to be ready by 9:00pm. Came into the store at 9:10pm and was told they were not able to complete my order because the store is closed and googles info is incorrect. To make matters worst, the manager on duty stated she was not able to process my refund, I would have to either call or come in the next day. So instead of leaving with food after a long day of work, I now have the arduous task of chasing who ever I have to chase to get my money back. You guys need to do better. None of this makes sense for a business open in 2022. Correct your information and make it possible for your managers to be able to provide a refund or compensation in situations such as this.

Food was great. Beans were a little dry but okay. The they i went they didnt have SAUCE, but we survived. The sign literally made my day because i would expect that in Miami but never in Broward.
