I must say, I usually eat at pollo tropical and their amazing. This specific location was not the same. The customer service was below average and the food was not even fresh. We waited 15 minutes and still got food that was not fresh! Hopefully next time it is better!
Lady in the red shirt and bonnet was extremely rude did not give us forks and when she was asked gave attitude. Also messed up two of the three orders two rice bowls were supposed to have chicken and both of them just had rice but wait there more there was bleach by the cups and drink Machine
The food was delicious, very well seasoned. What I dislike is that my beans was missing and the plantains that cost damn near $5 was fried in old, dirty oil (unacceptable).
