Our food looked nothing like the adverted product. There were things missing from each dinner and the food was mediocre. Our first experience was incredible in Homestead Fl but this was truly bad. While I understand they were busy there was little effort at presentation. Totally different experience than the first time. Probably wont go back. Was definitely not worth the $34 we paid!!!
I went inside the Pollo tropical on waters Avenue across the street from Chick-fil-A and the dude was eating hit the cheese while he was putting it in the bins with his gloves on. It was disgusting. I turned right around and left the facility totally unsanitary disgusting I will never eat there ever ever ever ever ever.
I spent $15. On a trio master with rise and beans and it was horrible sausage dry and chicken pink and the food tasted old. It is very disappointing that people would not care about what they put in someone’s plate. It’s food you don’t serve that to the customer. I would not recommend this location.
