The food is always good. However, the service this time was lacking. I ordered a quarter chicken white with rice and beans and I ended up with four containers of beans. When I went back, they first handed me a shrimp ceviche order. Then they handed me what I thought was right order and when I got home it was dark meat. Not good, Pollo Tropical! ????

*Please note this location is open* I placed a pickup order through their website and the order was ready when I arrived, so it was a fast pickup. It appears that the location was closed for remodelling, but it's open now, and the restaurant inside looks very good and clean. I always go to Pollo when I'm in a hurry and want to grab something healthy, and it never dissapoints! This time I just noticed the yellow rice was kind of salty for me, but it was ok. The pollo was delicious!
