I give them 5 stars because of how thoughtful and hard working they are Bebeta and William where really helpful and kind! Really appreciate the service they provide!Great team work definitely has made a lot of improvements!

Absolutely terrible customer service! If i could give negative 4 stars, I would! I placed an order through the app for Drive through pickup at 11:52 AM. I rolled up to the drive through line and waited...as we a know, the lines at Pollo are always long. I got the speaker and advised that I was there to pick up an order and the lady snarked and told that "this time" they will give me my food but that for future orders I need to go inside. I got to the window and was told that they would not give me my order through the window, I had to go inside. I explained that when I placed the order, I placed it for drive through pick up and I had already been waiting in the line. She again asked me to come inside. I asked for the manager's name and the manager on today was Gloria. I parked and went inside and my order still was not ready. 30 minutes have passed so far and I still do not have my order. The absolute worst. Go somewhere else to eat...literally anywhere else.

It closed earlier then the time stated on the door and online. At 10:15 they didn’t allow any more orders at the drive thru
