Terrible service! The woman that was at the drive thru window had no customer service skills at all. I was buying for my family and she had no patience was trying to rush me through my order. My brother on the passenger side of me asked me to ask her for a certain garlic sauce they have, I don’t know I rarely eat with sauce! But she gave us a nasty attitude and gave us the wrong sauce, slammed the window in our face and walked away. My brother told me to ask her for the right sauce, I said to Hell with the sauce and with me ever spending my money here ever again; then proceeded to drive away! This establishment will never see my money again nor any other Pollo Tropical, for the matter!!! Anger Ex-Loyal Customer
