Pollo Tropical

Picked up my order, came home, noticed several items were missing and the pie I had ordered was mangled to the point of being inedible. It looked like it had been thrown at the wall and microwaved. Came all the way back to the store to resolve the issue and was yelled at and demeaned by the store manager. I am a service worker myself and would never treat another person rudely over an order they didn’t pack themselves!!! She showed me 4 other pies in different packages and accused me of having taken a bite, messing it up, and driving another 15 minutes back to get another pie for what? $3??? Horrible, horrible management. Don’t come here unless you like being treated as subhuman

I order some chicken and ropa vieja but some pieces were missing. Usually never happens. I went back and ask to speak to the manager or supervisor. Her name is Marisol. If I’m not mistaking. She apologized and treated me very professional and courteous. Great human being. She solve my issue quick and efficient. Thank you Marisol for your great service!!

Worst experience. Placed an order 2 hours ago for pickup and wasn't ready. The customer service was not friendly even though was their mistake, you can try another branch for a true and great pollo tropical experience, I'm a regular customer and I've been in almost every branch in Miami and this is by far the worst experience of all, last time that I buy from here.
