CHECK YOUR ORDER chick at the drive thru window super rude and caught an even bigger attitude when i pointed out my missing items. no napkins, no utensils, NO SAUCE??? good rice and beans but couldn’t stomach that dry ash* chicken.
I was the only person in line, I said hello to the phone apparently the person when I said what I want she said give me a second. After 5 more minutes I said hello and that employee scream and very rude said: I said Give me a mo! I told her sorry I did not understand , she continues to argue. As a customer we just want to eat and we pay for food and service. After that a really nice gentleman took my order. This happened today 8/11/2023 at 4:50 p.m.
I ordered a family meal which includes a whole chicken and 2 sides, I picked brown rice and beans and also I requested sauce’s. I got yellow rice, I was missing a side of chicken and no sauces. Very unprofessional and low costumer service!
