COCKROACH!!! in the food. Im extremely disgusted and will never again eat this. I almost vomited ????

I ordered two meals. My son was fine with his chicken sandwich and yuca bites. I ordered fish with white rice and black beans and a order of corn. All of it was TERRIBLE. The fish was watery, soggy and the sides were also unfresh with no taste. I’ve ate here before in the past, not sure why is was so nasty. It was not okay to serve that food to any human being. Money wasted, the food wasn’t edible.

Count your days, the most unprofessional service received ever. The manager literally abandoned her staff and then blamed them for long uncontrolled lines. I was almost killed by these people with a food allergen. I ordered a quesadilla wrap without tomatoes due to an allergy. Leave it to Pollo's finest, they placed tomatoes on the wrap anyway. The manager just could not be bothered with such a detail. I advised the poor girl who was understaffed and overwhelmed, quit this job. Also, the tropichiller that I ordered was not even available nor was I given a proper substitute. Take a look at the photo, this is a real time photo of the syrup and water soup that I was handed. Never again!!!
