Pollo Rico Grill

What a find, Pollo Rico Grill was fantastic! My wife and I cannot stop talking about the flavors packed into our meals. The half chicken with rice and beans was delicious. The chicken was cooked to perfection. Nice and juicy! Our favorite plate was the tostones with guacamole. This guacamole was top notch. This was fresh and full of flavor. We received excellent customer service from the waitresses. We are looking forward to our next visit already!

I’m from Orlando and We visit this restaurant with my family and we had the best sancocho de cola and I must say it was delicious. Service was amazing and we definitely felt like family. And last but not least we had arroz con leche and it was so good. I will definitely come back soon. Kid-friendliness: They are amazing with kids and try to please them with food options

Worst service I experienced. I am afro Latina, so I'm used to be approached differently than my non black Latin friends. Everyone that enters is spoken to in Spanish, I was greeted in English by one of the female workers in the front, still ok. She was nice. I waited with my 2 year old patiently. Another woman that was assisting in the front, comes near my table with a bag of food and throws it on the table ???? she didn't even look my way. My baby said hi and she ignored my baby and walked away. I honestly thought the food was for a pick up order, until the nice lady approached me and gave me the bag that was thrown to the table 10 minutes later... I felt so offended when I realized it was my food, I will NEVER go there again. Food wasn't even good, I didn't want to cause a scene in front of my baby...... I'd rather go spend $14 for the same hard rice and dry chicken at a place that will serve me with respect and kindness.
