Got a tostada for lunch and the chicken was super hard! Threw that away! Ordered a pineapple empanada with very little filling ! ????
This is so sad that this location is such a hit and miss. Mostly misses but the one in The Colony was worst and I'm not surprised it is permanently closed. I was in Waco, Texas two weeks ago and went to one in Bellmeade. IT WAS EXCELLENT in every way!! I went there several times while visiting there and it was same...excellent, fast and friendly service. The food was consistently good and fresh. I was so disappointed when I came back and returned to the Little Elm. It was slow service, the food was old and I wont be surprised to see it close down soon. Why can't you get this situation corrected? It's not like you don't have 100 complaints. Each time your answer to your customers is the same, ie send it to management blah, blah, blah! When nothing changes, NOTHING CHANGES. Can you recommend one location that meets the same criteria as Waco?
Bad service !!!! I order some flautas and I just got home and they gave me the flautas with out any condiments !!!!! Just plain flautas and no rice and no beans ! I
