Pollo Regio

I usually get the pollo Regio baked potato. Its delicious and like no other I’ve ever tried. Today, we ordered 2 baked potatoes and I was completely disgusted and disappointed. It was no longer a potato cut in half. Instead it was smooshed and the skin was mixed into my potato. I spent most of the time picking it out and was wondering how this is even acceptable in the food industry. The chicken was also no longer diced and the chicken that it DID have was gross and nonexistent. This is the reason I had to write a review immediately. I cannot believe Pollo regio thinks it’s okay to serve a potato this way. It was such a bad experience I do not plan on ever getting this again.

Never had a bad meal or experience. My favorite menu item is the stuffed baked potato. Always big and delicious. So big it takes me 2 days to eat. Yummy.

Back to this location because was clean and the employees were attentive. Food was good and tasty at that time. I also ask for the party trays and the manager talk to us about it. BUT..ON 8/29/22 THIS PLACE WAS DIRTY FROM THE FRONT DOOR, TROUGH THE RESTROOMS. SALSA BAR, STICKY FLOORS ETC. THE CASHIER ( A VERY YOUNG GUY) WAS IN A HURRY AND ASK ME 3 TIMES IN A ROW IF WE ARE ORDERING SOMETHING ELSE WHEN I ASK ABOUT THE PRICES AND MENU. CHIPS WERE BURN, AND THE CONTAINER WAS ALMOST EMPTY. FOOD WAS UNFLAVORED AND DRY AS CARDBOARD????. WE WILL NOT SPEND OUR $50up, AGAIN IN THIS PLACE.
