I am not one to write negative restaurant reviews although I felt this post necessary since I did not receive a reply to my email to management. I had an unacceptable experience at the Downey Location and received unwelcoming service. The service provided felt passive-aggressive and inconsiderate to the customers. I am pretty patient at most times but this time around I did not feel like I got my money's worth. In addition to the service, the food was sloppy and did not feel well prepared. The rice seemed stale and the sides provided were completely mixed together; for example, there was corn and jalapeno mixed in with our sides that we did not ask for. The experience provided was not worth my money and I will not be continuing business with this restaurant.
Great! And big thanks to the worker who helped me choose the sauces because I've never been here and didnt know the flavors. He chose the right ones that tasted really good with my bowl! ????????
Been here on many different occasions. The team never disappoints. I'm always satisfied with my meals.
