POC American Fusion Buffet & Sushi

I had visiting this restaurant for more than 7 years with friends and family talking about quality and test of the food is excellent, however as a customer first time in my life a have been approached for one of the I assumed is owners o managers, and without no education or courtesy said that if I need to get sashimi in fact I have to order as additional, I get surprised the way he approached to me however I accepted his suggestion, and he told that is additional price out of the buffet menu and will be charged. My response to him was thank you I’m fine with what I taking to eat. He insist and told me you can no waste the food… I told him, you should be one of the people in charge, obviously with no education and no idea how to serve your customers. Very unprofessional and rude, he never apologize and make me had the worse lunch in my life… Sorry nice food but until this gentleman still there I will never come back Arturo

They are over rated. I love this type of food but the snow crab were on ice none warm. Fried rice and veggies were under cooked. The price is too high for the food not to be right.

Go hungry, clean buffet. They have plastic gloves to wear, loved it. Sushi, prime ribs and don't forget to order the lobster bisque. Delicious desserts. Chinese food too. Worth a try.
