Wonderful dining experience, well worth its Michelin star. Extremely careful and accommodating of gluten-free diet for my wife, including delicious gluten-free bread. The carrot cake is irresistible, the entrees a delicious mix of flavors, subtle fruits and herbs. Service was so friendly and helpful throughout. The cocktails are also incentive and delicious! Highly recommended for a special occasion.
We had the tasting menu and everything tasted good. The tasting menu comes with bread and butter, an amuse bouche, 6 small plates, 2 desserts (1 is cheese based), and 4 pieces of complementary chocolate (the place is also a chocolate house). They also have wine pairings and non alcoholic drinks. My favorite was the trout with plum vinegar, radish, and yuzu - so fresh and the flavors (sour, sweet, salty) pair together just right. Also love the cheese dish and chef's signature dish - the souffle. The citrus non alcoholic drink was good too but the fruity was too sweet. The glasses used for the drinks were dirty and sticky on the outside. The rest of the food are alright, dishes tend to be on the salty side sometimes. Staff are all very courteous. The room was very cold which was not ideal for nice dresses without a jacket or blazer. It's great as a one time thing for celebrations but not sure if it's 100% worth the money.
We had the tasting menu. Everything was presented beautifully, unfortunately taste wise We definitely didn’t feel we were in a Michelin star restaurant. The hen was very dry, the rest was blend. Our bill came out to 600$ without wine, while we didn’t feel that it was worth the money. Quite disappointing. We wanted to try something special for our anniversary ended up feeling cheated :( The deserts were too sweet. The cocktails were ok but far from surprising for such a prestigious place. The fish was dull It felt like their favorite spice was salt
