This review is specifically for the valentine's day dinner and may not represent the dinner at other time. Overall very mediocre and not recommend for a visit for the price(250 per person. As for the service, a total mess! The food order was very wrong(first course before amuse-bouche and bread), and we were left over for more than 30mins waiting for the abuse-bouche before the first course and dessert after they cleaned up our final main course's plate. Significantly slower than other tables who came after us. As for the food, the amuse-bouche was a bit cliche. But the aroma of the bread and butter was wonderful! The first two courses(starters) were a bit creative. Fennel Panna Cotta was very refreshing and the Hamachi was combined perfectly with avocado puree and blood orange. The main courses were very disappointing. The strip bass was just ok but the wagyu was a distaster! It was so firm and not juicy that I cannot tell it was a wagyu. And there was no wagyu aroma at all! I would r
We visited this Michelin restaurant to celebrate our anniversary and plumed horse definitely made this night special. Caviar was a great way to start this meal, they offered champagne to enjoy with it. I really liked cold abalone with orange flavor. Their wine selection is amazing (menu can be overwhelming but it shows they really invest in wines a lot), we visited their glasswindowed wine cellar as we leave, special memory.
What an incredible dining experience! 5 Star service the entire meal. The talented Chef and his team created an 8 course dinner that was delicious to the last bite. Each plate offered was rich in flavor and the presentation was impressive. Wine pairing for each course was a delight. Ambience was very relaxing and cozy. The sommelier was phenomenal with his recommendations and knowledge of the wine, champagne and spirits. We will most definitely come back to visit Plumed Horse!
