Good food, but I am not exactly sure they have ever heard of customer service. My pizza order was wrong so they took it back and remade it but the remade one was undercooked. I wasn't going to complain again because everyone at my table had already finished eating by the time my pizza got there. They then only gave me 50% my under cooked late pizza.... also forgot to give me a beer that I ordered.. Not one to complain either but this experience needed to be shared.
Whenever anyone asks where they should eat in White Bear, this is our first place we recommend. We enjoy Pezzo as a dine in and take out establishment regularly. The staff is always so kind, they take pride in their business and want their customers to have a good experience. If we have had a small hiccup, they go above and beyond to correct it. The pizza is so good that we always justify ordering more food just to have leftovers. The marscapone dip is incredible, treat yourself and start your meal off right with this appetizer.
