Pizzeria Bianco is as advertised and worth the wait. The crust is other worldly! Never had anything like it. The flavor profiles of the pizza are amazing with the Rosa being my favorite. The homemade mozzarella salad with basil and tomatoes was great too. Great food and a great experience!
The most famous Pizza spot is Pizzeria Bianco which has a James Beard award winning chef and was featured on the Netflix Show, Chef’s Table Pizza. The vibes are rustic, and we started off with some red wine for the table. Had a salami sandwich which had really good ingredients, but didn’t wow me. We had 3 pizzas which were all very good, and my favorite was the Sonny Boy. Not the best pizza I’ve ever had, but I wouldn’t mind coming back here and enjoying some pizza again since it was fresh and delicious.
Here is a quick update on Pizzeria Bianco in Downtown Phoenix, Arizona. For those that don’t know, this place is known for some of the best pizzas in the country. Pizza is damn good, for sure. I can’t say it’s the best pizza in the US, though, because I would have to eat pizza everywhere first. Here is what I can say, this little gem of a pizzeria is located in the heart of Heritage Square. The building was erected in 1929 as a Machine Shop and now a pizzeria. Pizzeria Bianco has been here for around 20 years, and continues to rank as one of the best pizza joints in America. Along with the fame, comes the line of patrons trying to get their hands on some of this dough-liciousness. The service was outstanding, and the venue stimulated many thoughts about the past due to its placement within the historic district. We tried their local rice lager ???? beer, a margarita pizza, and their specialty of the day, their wise-guy pizza: all finger-licking goodness. I gave this place a 4.5 star
