I asked specifically for barbecue chicken pizza with extra barbecue sauce. Does this look like any barbecue sauce was on there? No. It’s just overcooked pizza with chicken on top. But the people insisted the cooks double dipped the chicken in sauce. And when we asked for compensation to be redone and delivered (because we already made it home and weren’t going back out into the snow to get the pizza), the manager said, “Either bring the pizza here or eat it.” When they have a the ability to deliver and take their pizza back. I don’t care if the cooks simply forgot to put barbecue sauce or if they accidentally put the receipt on the wrong order. I’m not even irritated with the worker who was translating for the manager that doesn’t speak English. Because she was just doing her job. I’m irritated with the fact that the manager who knows good and well it was snowing bad and we just got home didn’t want to deliver us a new pizza.
