Let me just say the food is amazing. Been coming here for a few years at least and always loved it. But recently the service is not up to par. The waitress (older with dark hair and glasses) that we have gotten the past few times is ALWAYS rude. Very short with us. Doesn’t even say hello. Rolls her eyes if we ask for a simple request. Just very bad table side manner. It almost make coming here not even worth it because the last few times have been very unpleasant and uncomfortable because she is so rude.

Four 12 hour days in a row on a diet and I needed some Italian food, man. I walked into this place and... they were busy. I sat down. Maybe 20 seconds I had 2 people tend to me. One brought me water (bus boy... never stopped working... moves like water), the other (waitress also never stopped moving) took my order. I knew what I wanted as soon as I looked at the easy to read menu... an appetizer of “side of Meatballs” and an entree of “Chicken Marsala.” Salad came out immediately on a cold plate... fresh and crispy. Meatballs showed up at about the same time... with bread. Killed the salad. Killed the meatball directly... there was leftover sauce. I nearly killed the bus boy when he asked if he could take the sauce while I was making love to it with my toasty warm bread (they gave me 8 butter packets with the bread).
