They go very light on the dough and toppings. So much so that the pizza's "structural integrity" is compromised and the slices don't hold up. Also, they outsource their delivery to doordash, so don't bother ordering delivery. Way overcharge and underdeliver. Walk-ins for a slice is "fine" though.
Pizza my heart overall flavor is good. The Only problem I have on this location is the level of incompetence, 3 people on the front all they have to do is select the slice, warmed, charge and give to the customer. But some way in the process out of the 3 people they mess up and "give it to someone else" there were only 3 customer and about 5 slices left. Or maybe someone took it home. Just keep an eye on your order. I left hungry , angry with a refund and no apologies.
Pizza My Heart was a great place to meet up with friends for a quick meal and a chat. There are plenty of tables and chairs to sit at and a large selection of ready made pizzas to choose from. You can even order your own whole personal pizza with any toppings you like. The pizza slices we asked for were supposedly heated up but given to us cold. The crust was sloppy and the toppings and sauce not very tasty. We were there with a large group and a lot of the others also experienced the same sloppy pizza slices.
