I don’t get the reviews. I was going to go with our usual, Lou Malnatis. I told my wife, let’s go local instead. Big mistake. All I asked for is well done thin crust. I know from the previous million pizzas I’ve ordered in my lifetime, if you ask for well done, that should cook the crust all the way through. I don’t like undercooked dough under the toppings. So how does it come? Undercooked. Is it that hard to make a thin crust with a crunch? My wife got the ribs. Worse. Tough, chewy, no flavor. They have a small menu. You’d think that would be a good thing. Last time for me.

The pizza is really what it's all about and it's sublime; thin crust, extra sauce, sausage is my go to and this place really shines. As good as the pizza is, somehow, Joe and his family are even better. Support local business like this, you won't be disappointed.
