Pizza Hut

Don't order from here. I am so disappointed I ordered pizza for my kids at 5:41 and at 7:40 I called and they canceled my order because short of staff. They never called me to let me know, when I called they hang up the phone twice. Will never order from here anymore. I hope I get my refund back.

Had I just ordered all my pizzas through the app I'd have saved a ton of money. The guy that took my order saw an opportunity and seized it. Played my mom out of money. Had I been the one picking up the 11 pizzas I'd have left them all there. I don't reccomend the yorkville location what so ever. It used to bring back old memories and a bit of nostalgia but now it's just headaches.

7 employees at location at time of visit. GM Jacob sitting at a table playing on his phone. “NOT doing dine-in.” This is the third attempt in the last year; they refuse to open the lobby. If you have to make my pizza anyway, what’s the difference if you have to bring me a bottle of pop and clean up a few crumbs? Absolutely ridiculous and RUDE. Unprofessional and LAZY.
