We enjoyed the pizza and bread sticks. The bread was really tasty! :) I wasn't a huge fan of the chicken wings, though. It is a pizza place after all. The service was fast and staff friendly.
The slowest Pizza Hut ever. I ordered online and the estimate time given was 30 mins. I ordered the pizza at 730 and it arrived at 932. WTH! And because I ordered online I couldnt cancel. As you can imagine the pizza was cold as heck and my kids were upset. Ill never order from them again. Clearly their unreasonable slow service is a constant theme in the reviews. That store needs all new management. Oh here's a picture of the breadsticks they gave me. UNCOOKED.
I order pizza hut frequently, and haven't had anything wrong before. But this time I ordered a 12piece traditional wing and only received 9 pieces. Plus when the delivery driver showed up, he stated for me to leave a tip and sign the receipt, and that is not how you are suppose to do that... you're suppose to give the customer a choice to leave gratuity.
