Pizza Hut

The manager was extremely rude. I waited 15 minutes before he ever appeared to take my order. He literally just threw my receipt on the counter while I was still waiting at the register. Customer service at this place is absolutely terrible

I was halfway to the restaurant before I got a call stating that they were out if the crust I ordered, so I had to modify. Once I arrived at the restaurant, I pressed the tap to call button to let them know I had arrived and instead the call went to a customer service line and not the actual restaurant. They were never notified that I was outside waiting. I had to go inside to find out why I had been waiting so long to receive my order. The cashier said I was supposed to text upon arrival and I informed her that I used the tap to call button. Not a good experience this time...on a separate occasion, I again had to go inside to pick up my pizza although I ordered curbside and received confirmation that it would be brought out to me. Looks like I need to go to a different location.

This is the worst place ever breadsticks delivered old they don't deliver fresh food. I'm contacting corporate office right now filing another complaint because I just placed A order she told me I would have to wait I place my order at 2:53 p.m. is 4:08 p.m. She told me ill have Over two hours. When I place the order I said delivery she put it on a carry-out and then turned around call the phone up in my face after I asked her for her name and what was their corporate office number which I don't need it I got it. This pizza place is real rude in highly disrespectful every time I call. And if corporate office don't do nothing about this and about how their employees treat people because how what if they're spitting in my children's food or poisoning So I would not order anyting there again. And They stole my $26 she told me that I can't get a refund back it'll 10 days I don't understand why The is so Sad worst place I have ever order food in my life worst state Missouri worst state e
