Pizza Hut

Pizza was delivered in a timely manner. We received it hot and taste freshly made. Our delivery driver was nice and friendly which made the experience overall very pleasant.

The pasta order was wrong and the pizzas and breadsticks in the Big Dinner Box were stale and lacked flavor. I was hugely disappointed because my pizza orders in the past have been satisfactory. I will not be ordering the box bundles again because the store seemed to skimp on the preparation.

If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a few pizzas and they were not fully cooked and were frozen. I called the store to speak to the manager and I was on hold for 30 minutes at least. I called from different phones and was not able to speak to the manager at all. Horrible customer service. There pizza's are not cheap and the least they can do is man up to it. Will not order from this place again.
