Pizza Hut

I have not ordered pizza from this location in months . I had some aweful pizza the last couple of times . I thought I would give it another shot. Big mistake!!!! Pizza was cold and hard . And dry , I don’t understand how it can be dry when I order extra sauce .

I placed my order at 10:30AM for a later delivery of 12:45PM for a company holiday luncheon. This was a $100 order. At 12:45PM my order had not arrived and the status was still showing as "being prepared". I called the restaurant to be told that they were behind today and were still working on my order. I did not receive the order until almost 1:15PM. We are a business and only have a 1 hour window for our holiday lunch. This was a larger order so I made sure to order in advance and since I ordered online it prompts to tip in advance which i did for an order that arrived 30 minutes late. I am not a satisfied customer. I feel that if I ordered in advance my order should have been on time.

Am I the only one that has problems almost every time I order here? Years ago this place used to be pretty good and then they slowly started going downhill. Even with new management here I'm still having issues with pizzas being under cooked, wrong toppings, wrong sides. Today I ordered 2 pepperoni P'zones and when I got home even they were under cooked and when I called it was as if it were my problem not the person or the cooking oven but an inconvenience to them for their screw up. I am going up there now to get replacements but it is still an inconvenience as usual. Hopefully the location near where I am moving to is much better than this one as this will be the last time I order from this location. Update after picking up recook: It appears to be cooked all the way this time and they gave me a free 2 l of soda. Woopti doo! I guess they thought that would make it all better. Ha!
