Pizza Hut

This place is the worst of the worst, I get scream at yelled at by a Latina hood rat with none to zero education that Pizza Hut hired as a leader. The food was left over the chicken was so hard that no one can bite in it. I come to the store with the food hoping that she will redo the order or maybe refunded me the money. She came out screaming and yelling her ghetto self at me she took the food locked the door and telling me she won’t redo the order nor refunded me my money and walked off. Imagine making 2 orders of the same thing just because they fell to deliver the first order which I made at 11 am and it was passed 1pm and still wasn’t there. To my mistake I thought the order didn’t go thru so I made a carry out order and I drive to get it in 30mns. What upsets me is the fact that I have been a faithful Cust for over 4 yrs of the same location. Placed an order on the app and I thought it was smooth sailing but I was wrong. The delivery address displayed was my home address but when I tracked the order it was actually The pizza hut location from which I ordered listed as to where the order would be delivered. While on a very long hold time while calling to store to verify and employee was calling me confirm my address due to the glitch on the other line and assured delivery was on the way. Shortly after the delivery driver calls to tell me he had arrived and when I approached him he said that he had forgetting my order at the store and had to go back to pick it up. I called back because, at this point I was very discouraged and the wait time on the phone was over 9 minutes. This is careless, lack of professionalism and lack of care for the business overall. The phone is impossible, the app is glitched, the delivery driver leaves the order behind and there is nobody I can speak to about correcting this.

My experience is not even for 1 star. It’s for NEGATIVE 1 star. This is the worst place to order pizza. I ordered pizza and in the store they told me it will be delivered in 15 min. I have been waiting for 2 hours and still nothing. Tried to call the store or customer service but nobody to answer. They were transferring me from line to line and not even the Manager was not available to talk. Unbelievable. This is my last time and never again!!! Highly recommend to other people to order from some other pizza places and not from this one!!!
