Pizza Hut

I wanted to share that I was impressed with the customer service that we received this afternoon placing an order. I spoke with Noel and he was courteous, respectful, attentive & he never rushed me, he was kind. I really wished that many of the places we call would have this customer service skills. Today its really hard to call some places or even go pickup, it's a rush rush and then the order is wrong, or they don't even acknowledge you, you're a Next, if you know what I mean. Thank you Noel for being so kind!! Keep up the good work:)

Ordered about 5:15 after getting home from a long trip... Only to find out delivery would take 1:30 to 2 hours. Next best idea call and change to carry out. Could not contact anyone from the store. Thank God my wife was impatient and ordered from elsewhere because the other pizza came and I still had been was still on hold with a repeat message and not been able to speak to anyone at the store. The then pizza shows up about 30 mins after receiving the pizza my wife ordered... No bueno

Noel is a horrible manager I explained to him that my pizza came really hard and he called me a liar he told me if he remade the pizza it Will come the same way.. BURNT... I Def will be calling corperate and very disappointed.
