Pizza Hut

Gave them another chance because my husband loves Pizza Hut but why so stingy on the sauce it had practically no sauce at all they just can't seem to get it right I don't know what the problem is always a problem I don't want to have to go back to Domino's maybe you need to retrain your staff

Placed an order online, store hours said it close at 8pm , placed the order at 7:30pm for delivery, 5min after I got the email confirming my order that btw it said 25-30min to be ready, they called from the store to cancel my order because they were close!! I said about the closing time and it wasn't even 8 yet and the lady on the phone said that the driver was still doing some deliveries and wouldn't be able to do mine, so I said I could pick it up to what her answer was "no, we are close" the called miraculously dropped and I called back and not answer of course!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The employee who’s working on August 1st, at night around 11:15pm was so rude! She hung up in my face because she couldn’t understand the address I was telling her and we called back multiple times she never answered the phone.. I WILL NOT BE EATING HERE AGAIN! Until you guys have patience employees because this is unacceptable she needs to be fired or suspended until she gets her attitude right!
