Pizza Hut

This location has very poor staff these guys literally lock the door while they are in the backroom hanging out. I had to call in to pick up a order that i had already pre-ordered

Ordered online 1 pizza 2 orders of wings for pick up. Only received one order of wings. It’s upsetting coming home and not having your full order once payed for. Called and spoke to Mary which had a snarky attitude at the end couldn’t get a refund and didn’t make sense to drive back and pick up the wings when it should’ve been in my order. Got store credit for a place I hardly go to smh

Worst pizza ordering experience twice in a row now. Six months back I ordered online and I get a call that they are closed and are no longer making pizza. Tonight I order two stuffed crust pizzas online, the order goes through fine online. No problem. I get a call five minutes later and the guy at the pizza hut tells me they have no more stuffed crust. So I tell him fine, give me an original and a thin crust instead, but they cost less so just refund me the difference. The manager comes on and tells me we have to cancel the whole order and wait 3-5 days for a refund and reorder or just take the two lesser cost pizzas for the same price as the stuffed crust pizzas. I just cancelled the whole order and will never order from this pizza hut again. I dont usually write negative reviews but the service and management is extremely poor at this location. Order from another pizza place like Big Nicks in San Pedro although they do pick up only, or maybe try Buono's I don't know. Shame because I
