Pizza Hut

I just received my Big Dinner Box that I had placed for delivery. My son takes a bite of the boneless wings and they are completely raw, not undercooked, but RAW. I called and spoke to the manager Madison, who acted like I was an inconvenience. This is completely unacceptable and I will never place another order here again.

They got the number of pizzas right, but every pizza was somebody else’s pizza apparently. Either that or they just gave us what they had because every pizza was wrong. And I hate that because I usually like Pizza Hut. Normally I wouldn’t rate so low for an error but my daughter refused to eat her erroneous pizza and she can be somewhat difficult so I gave only 1 star because Pizza Hut caused me to have a miserable evening dealing with a young teen girl because we all know how pleasant they can be.

1st time ordering from this location and experience was horrible I was told delivery was 15 to 35mins and 1hr 15min later I was told my order hadn't even left the store it would be 2hrs because of a driver shortage wth just but up front I could have went somewhere else ever unprofessional.
