July 11th they delivered me cinnabon rolls with no icing. Instead of substituting the item with ANYTHING ELSE or just a call saying we ran out of icing they hand wrote a note on the inside of the cinnabon box saying "sorry ran out of icing". Very unprofessional. I went there this afternoon about 1:30pm ish and they were closed. I spoke to the assistant manager who wasnt even aware they were closed said they may open if a few more hours. Worst experience with any food establishment to date. Pizza was delicious and delivery driver was awesome.
Good morning 2 all my pizza hut lovers james an andrea at 7652 n Gessner store truly are keepers!! They gave me customer satisfaction from the bottom of their hearts if i could hive more than 5 stars i wud but i instead i will prsy for something better Gid's many blessings and abundant lives ????????????⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐????
Excellent Pizza experience with Outstanding Customer service from manager James & his team. Quality made pizza & wings with a fast delivery time. Delivery driver Bryan was professional. I'll definitely be ordering again soon. A+
