Pizza Hut

Do not order from this location. They cancel orders without notification! I'm here with a newbie newborn, single and hungry with no food! Horrible customer service.

10:37 order time 12:15 arrival Expected delivery time 11:30pm Pizza dry; the opposite of requested more sauce, less cheese. 5 stars have to be made up. My complaint is not unusual. This happens all of the time per reviews. Never again. I will call and ask for refund.

If I could give these guys -0 stars I would. The WORST experience I've ever had with a Pizza Hut. Order was a deal that included a 2 liter drink, which I ordered via Pizza Hut app. Received the order and it was cold and the food undercooked AND the 2 liter Pepsi was not in the order. Called and spoke w/ Sherman who hung up in my face 2xs. Sherman did not attempt to have the drink delivered and continued to state he can give me credit. He was SO RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I have contacted the corporate office and also sent a E-message to them I want a refund for the entire order at this point and I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!! The ownership feels like it may have changed, because last year when I ordered a few times from this location the food was hot fresh and COOKED TO completion. Never again!!! Dont waste your time with ordering at this location, go to a different one.
