I Made 2 Orders One Was 3 Pizza And The Second Order Was Buffalo Wings And Mozzarella Sticks I Received My Pizza Order But Did Not Receive My Buffalo Wings And Mozzarella Sticks I Reached Out To The Store Spoke To A Male Who I formed Me He Was Gonna Walk To Go And Get The Manager Another Male Who I Assumed Was The Manager Said He Was Not And Told Me There Was Nothing They Can Do About It And That I Need To Wait Until The Next Business Day To Talk To A Manager As I Was Talking After The Male On The Phone Hung Up On Me It’s Like Your Job Was To Do For The Customer But You Sound Like You Do Not Like Your Job Then Tells Me To Call At 9am Saturday And Get Help However They Dont Open Until 11Am They Are Just Horrible People And Have No Customer Service What So Ever Within Them And It Is The One On Paxton Street

One star is way too generous. Order carry out, so said it’s ready, pull up, pizza is boxed on counter getting cold. Rest of order isn’t ready, wait another 10 min and they don’t bother to put pizza in the warmer. They finally say it’ll be another 5 and then I asked for a refund…I shouldn’t have to instruct them to keep the pizza warm all this time. Someone else comes for a refund and they refund me the food price but not the tip. Waste of solid 55 min for a “15 min” order a to leave with no food and tipped them for their “service”. Should be less than one star.

I ordered pizza from this location for the first time as walk in, and was happy with the service I received. There was a man there, tall with tattoos who hustled quick to get me me food, my pizza came out perfect. Definitely would order from there again!
