Pizza Hut

I ordered pizza and pasta for a birthday party, they barely put any sauce on any of the pizzas, barely any pepperoni. It just didn't look edible. Not sure what they were doing in the store that they paid no attention to my order and probably others too but this sucked! Only positive thing I can say is it arrived on time.

Absolutely the worst pizza experience I've ever had. I put in an order in on the app around 10:00PM (2 hours before closure of the local store). I get a call around 11:00PM from the local store from an extremely rude girl, I wish I remembered her name, she said "We seen you put your order in on the app. Due to some terrible customer service we would like to switch your order to carry out." I politely told her no. She responded with "okay you'll get your pizza around 1AM" click. Hung up on me with attitude. Which is whatever I moved pass that. So 12AM comes around and I get a text from some strange number that said your order is cancelled. So I waited multiple hours for pizza I did not get and had the worst phone experience ever and I didn't even get pizza. Luckily the local papa John's was open. So I called them around 12:13 am. They had a deal going on. Long story short I made one phone call and had pizza delivered in roughly 30 minutes and saved half my money. That is good customer

Never again, I ordered through the website, and doordash ended up delivering the food. I was never notified they would be delivering my stuff, driver forgot a item, admitted it was his mistake yet said he couldn't go back and get it. I called the store 3 times no answer, 4th time I got hung up on and 5th time finally got a answer. I simply asked for that item to be refunded and was told they couldn't and would either give me a credit or have one of their drivers bring it when they had a available driver, I said that's fine. Next thing I know here comes doordash again. When I finally did get to the food, the pizza was not good, and it was halfway cut, very dry due to hardly any sauce, breadstick bag was covered in grease and they were cold. I also ordered fries and for $3 and change all you get is the equivalent to a small fry from McDonald's. We have ordered pizza hut for many years but after this will not order from this store anymore.
