Pizza Hut

I paid for a pizza online and requested that they write "BOY" on it to help announce my baby gender. I called to confirm they were able to do this and the very rude person on the phone told me that there was no way they could do this. I asked what toppings they could write with and he said "no we can't do it with any toppings" When I asked why, he said he didn't know. There's no reason why they couldn't do it, they're just incredibly lazy. I asked him to cancel my order but, I was still charged for it.

I have been ordering from here since I moved to Ewa Beach. Within the last few months this place has gotten so bad. The pizza has been undercooked and wait times are over 2 hours. Now, If I’m waiting over 2 hours for food I expect my food to be BOMB! But instead I wait and get pizza that’s not cooked all the way and so covered in grease that the crust is not crispy but soft and soggy. As is the entire pie. So much so that it’s mushy, sticking to the bottom of the pizza box and when you pick up a slice all you get is mush underneath cheese. DISGUSTING! I finally complained to management tonight and it was brushed off with no solution. How bout remaking it and doing a better job because my kids want pizza. Smh! So disappointed

Got the wrong order, called and I was very nice on the phone. The phone call was recorded like they said before the call was answered. Well I’ve been waiting for an hour, and the least you can do is tell me can you just please take this order or something. Sitting here with this food that we agreed on me returning it and now it’s midnight. Well thank you for whoever works there. At least tell me so I can go ahead and finish this.
